The brief

CS Global handles guest experience and production for high-profile events in New York. Over eight months, I worked on four different events.

  1. Estée Lauder Foundation event, 1,300+ guests. Coordinated guest experience and on-site operations.
  2. The Kardashian Suite at Hulu's Get Real House (April 22, 2026). Supported production for the gifting suite activation, which featured SKIMS, Kylie Cosmetics, lemme, and 818 Tequila.
  3. The ABC White House Correspondents' Dinner reception, Washington, D.C. Supported production logistics on-site.
  4. The Costume Institute at the Met. Helped with operational support for museum-grade installations.

What happened

During the ABC White House Correspondents' Dinner reception in Washington, D.C., there was an active shooter alert and the venue was evacuated.

What I did

The next day, once things were cleared, I stayed with the team to finish the breakdown and pack-out, then helped get everyone back to New York. I also managed 1,000+ inventory items across vendors and systems for the events overall.
